Office Manager — Dublin Make an impact every day. We're hiring an Office Managerto keep our Dublin office running smoothly while supporting teams across finance, medical/clinical operations, marketing, and sales.

If you're exceptionally organised, data‑savvy, and thrive in a fast‑paced, service‑led environment, this role is for you.

What you'll do Office & Administrative Management Keep the office efficient, organised, and professional.

Own scheduling, documentation, internal communications, and cross‑team coordination.

Support colleagues with day‑to‑day administrative needs and handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.

Analytics & Reporting Collect and analyse data to produce clear performance reports and insights.

Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets, dashboards, and KPI trackers.

Share data‑driven updates with leadership, HR, finance, and sales, ensuring compliance with privacy and data‑protection standards (e.g., GDPR).

Finance Support Partner with Finance on invoicing, reporting, and budget tracking.

Assist with documentation, data entry, and reconciliations—accurately and on time.

Maintain strict confidentiality around financial and payroll information.

Medical & Clinical Support Use your understanding of medical terminology and patient workflows to support clinical staff.

Assist with patient intake, scheduling, and documentation in line with healthcare standards and confidentiality requirements.

Lead & Patient Management Manage incoming medical leads through the CRM/internal systems.

Ensure accurate data entry, timely follow‑up, and professional patient communication to aid conversion.

Sales Team Support Collaborate with Sales to qualify leads and maintain a clean, up‑to‑date CRM.

Prepare pipeline updates, performance summaries, and sales materials/presentations.

Coordinate communication across sales, marketing, and operations to keep initiatives moving.

What you'll bring Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with data and KPIs.

Experience supporting finance, medical/clinical, and sales teams.

Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities.

Proven cross‑functional collaboration and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead‑management tools.

Understanding of medical terminology and patient processes.

A high bar for confidentiality, sound judgement, and compliance with data‑protection and healthcare standards.
