With over 100 employees in Ireland and offices in Cavan and Cork, our specialist teams work with over 250 clients in Ireland, and we're trusted partners to the world's largest pharmaceutical companies.Ellab Ireland Calibration Technicians work across the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors and with the contractors and manufacturers allied to these industries.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled and unscheduled calibrations in line with site procedures and GMP standardsTroubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues on client sitesCarry out risk assessments and ensure all calibration documentation is accurate and compliantWork with own responsibility and manage the monthly calibration schedule of instruments for the whole site.Calibrate onsite equipment including Temperature, Pressure, flow, Weigh Balances, load cell, force, Dimensional, time, speed, Electrical injection, and quality lab assets.Record results and upload calibration certificates to site systemsMaintain equipment and complete all work safely and efficientlyCoordinate with operations teams to minimise downtime during calibration activitiesWork in clean rooms, following gowning procedures and sensitive material-handling protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standardsSupport corrective or reactive maintenance as requiredPrioritise and manage workload to meet deadlines and customer expectationsComplete all required training and keep skills and knowledge up to dateRequirements3rd Level Degree in Engineering or ScienceLiteracy in Computer Operating Systems and applications such asMicrosoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.Possess excellent Communication / Documentation and InterpersonalskillsExperience in highly regulated environmentsJob Type: Full-timePay: €50,000.00-€58,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionEmployee assistance programWork Location: In person
