Job Title: Quality Assistant
The primary objective of this fixed-term contract position is to provide support for the quality assurance efforts on a large-scale project within the data centre and high-voltage sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of the Quality Assurance (QA) programme on the project, ensuring that all activities comply with ISO 9001 and EN 1090 standards.
* Maintain an accurate Photo Report system for daily module tracking.
* Act as the point of contact for QA-related tasks and escalate issues to the Quality Supervisor or Manager when necessary.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and production teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout all project stages.
* Conduct internal audits and assist in supporting external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
* Perform quality inspections and generate snag lists throughout production.
* Assist in preparing documentation and records for third-party and client audits.
* Monitor day-to-day adherence to quality procedures across production, assembly, and installation stages.
* Support the preparation, review, and management of quality documentation, including inspection test plans, non-conformance reports, and other compliance records.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project documentation is correctly managed, stored, and communicated to stakeholders using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BCARS.
