As a Clinical Nurse Manager I (CNM1) - Theatre, you will lead exceptional patient care within the surgical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide leadership and direction to theatre staff to ensure high standards of patient care are consistently delivered.
* To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve clinical excellence and operational efficiency in theatre settings.
Patient Care:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive safe and effective care throughout their journey through the surgical environment. This includes developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures that promote best practice in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
