To excel in this role, you'll need a minimum of 2 years' experience managing conference and banqueting events. A high-volume hotel setting is preferred.
* Operate the day-to-day functions of the C&B department with efficiency
* Schedule staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage for all events
* Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed
