In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and executing on a multi-million-euro annual billing process across various partner finance processes. Your expertise will ensure accurate financial operations and seamless collaboration with our partners and stake holders.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the end-to-end billing process for our PartnerEdge program, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program regulations.Support the billing and e-commerce processes of our online store, The partner benefits catalogue. Invoicing, credit card payments, development funds utilization.Support our quarterly royalty payment calculation processes BPO, to ensure timely and accurate distribution of data and invoicing.Collaborate with internal teams and partners to maintain effective financial operations, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly.Develop and implement finance processes and strategies to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth, particularly through AI adoption.Prepare and analyse financial reports related to billing, revenue recognition, and financial forecasting.Conduct regular training and support for team members and stakeholders on PES finance processesEnsure timely reconciliations and assist in audits to verify the integrity of financial dataFoster strong relationships with stakeholders to improve communication and streamline finance operations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial operations or O2C management, preferably with experience in multi-national partner programs.Proven experience in managing billing processes and large-scale financial operations.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.Advanced MS office skills.
