Armont have partnered with a market‑leading organisation seeking an ambitious SeniorFinance Business Partner to join their expanding finance team based in south Dublin.
This newly created role reports directly to the Head of Finance and will provide financial oversight across one of the organisation’s largest cost functions, bringing structure and insight to a critical area of spend. The successful candidate will enhance financial visibility, streamline reporting processes and partner with senior stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and cost optimisation across the business.
This position will suit a commercially minded, qualified accountant (4+ years PQE) with strong business partnering experience who is seeking a new challenge within a dynamic organisation.
The Role
Provide financial leadership and oversight across one of the organisation’s largest business functions, ensuring strong governance and visibility of key cost drivers.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and month‑end reporting, delivering accurate and insightful financial analysis.
Develop and enhance reporting packs and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision making.
Partner with senior leaders to influence planning, resource allocation and cost management.
Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce spend.
Strengthen data flows and collaboration across Finance, Operations and HR.
Build financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives.
Support the development of robust, evidence‑based business cases and governance processes.
The Candidate
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 4+ years’ PQE, including 2+ years’ experience in a Finance Business Partner role within a complex organisation.
Demonstrated ability to streamline reporting processes and improve data flows.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
