The Role
We're hiring a reliable, detail‑oriented Warehouse Picker & Packer to support our Warehouse, Operations and Production teams. No forklift licence is needed, and we provide full training on our products, processes and quality‑control methods.
What You'll Do
* Pick orders accurately using pick sheets and handheld scanners (training provided).
* Perform quality checks on picked and packed items to ensure they meet our standards before dispatch.
* Pack orders safely and neatly, ensuring products arrive in perfect condition.
* Goods-in/out: receive, check and put away stock; label and prepare outbound shipments.
* Stock counts and replenishment to keep bays organised and maintain accurate inventory.
* Housekeeping & Safety: keep work areas tidy; follow health & safety and manual‑handling guidelines.
* Teamwork: collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets.
What We're Looking For
We hire for attitude first. The ideal candidate:
* Has a strong work ethic, takes pride in doing things right and enjoys working in a team.
* Pays close attention to detail and is willing to learn—this is critical for the quality‑control aspect of the role.
* Is reliable and comfortable with a 7 a.m. daily start.
* Can travel reliably to Clondalkin Industrial Estate (D22 PX06) for early shifts.
* Is comfortable with standing and walking for the shift and lifting up to around 15 kg using proper technique.
* Nice to have (not essential):
* Manual Handling certificate.
* Previous warehouse picking/packing or quality‑control experience.
* Experience with handheld scanners or warehouse‑management systems.

Pay
€13.50–€14.30 per hour (competitive hourly rate—discussed at interview).
Key Dates & Progression

* Contract: Full‑time; intended to become permanent once probation period is completed, subject to performance, reliability and business needs.
