Miss Ellie's Preschool is seeking a dedicated and caring AIM Support Worker to join our team. This role is for 15 hours per week during the preschool term.Key Responsibilities:Support the inclusion and participation of a child with additional needs within the preschool setting, in line with the Access and Inclusion Model (AIM).Work collaboratively with the preschool team to promote each child's well-being, learning, and development.Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment in line with Aistear and Síolta frameworks.Communicate effectively with staff, parents/guardians, and external professionals as required.Requirements:Minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education.Level 6 or higher qualification desirable.Knowledge of Aistear and Síolta frameworks.Experience supporting children with additional needs is an advantage.Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.Additional Information:The position is subject to Garda Vetting and compliance with all relevant Tusla regulations and Children First guidelines.Successful applicants will be required to provide two references.Equal Opportunities:Miss Ellie's Preschool is an equal opportunities employer.
