Key Responsibilities:
* Build and inspire a dynamic sales team, motivating and empowering them to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Lead hotel strategy in the planning and forecasting of owned business segments
* Support & adopt a culture of lead generation across the hotels
About You:
You will need
a minimum 5 years experience working as a Director of Sales/Cluster Sales Manager Multi-site experience is a distinct advantage
Strong leadership skills & experience of managing a team Effective communicator who promotes collaboration Strong influencer Be commercially aware with strong analytical skills, able to understand key business indicators and competitive trends Excellent organisation and planning skills Sales focused and results driven Knowledge of the Galway market essential
