About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Qualified Accountant to take full ownership of our financial operations. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee all aspects of financial control, lead process improvement initiatives, and provide strategic decision-making support to drive business growth, efficiency, and cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities
Assume full accountability for all financial controls, including Credit Control, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Taxation compliance.
Manage and oversee the billing process for our domestic customer base.
Instigate, drive, and execute strategic process reviews to continuously improve system efficiencies and reduce operational costs across the business.
Partner with key management personnel to identify operational efficiencies and streamline workflows across departments.
Deliver insightful analysis and high-level decision-making support to the senior management team.
Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and business analysis as required by Business Managers.
Key Qualifications & Skills
ACCA / ACA / CPA qualified with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a similar financial management role.
Proven leadership capabilities with strong people management and organizational skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a sharp focus on internal controls, robust processes, and meticulous attention to detail.
A proactive drive to continuously upgrade systems, workflows, and professional skill sets.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
Advanced IT literacy, including expert-level Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel) and experience with modern accounting software.
