People Consulting – Organisation Design, Senior Manager / Director

The opportunity
Join our People Consulting team and help shape the future of work. This is your chance to work on some of the most exciting and complex transformation programmes in Ireland. You’ll partner with clients to design effective organisations, embed cultural change, and support sustainable transformation. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by helping organisations evolve in a rapidly changing world.
Your key responsibilities
Supporting the delivery of organisation design, operating model and change initiatives.
Collaborating with clients to implement project plans and drive business readiness.
Contributing to stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
Applying project management techniques to ensure successful outcomes.
Working across multiple service offerings within People Consulting.
Supporting the growth and development of the People Consulting practice.
Skills and attributes for Success
Strong understanding of organisation design and change management.
Ability to influence and build credibility with clients and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with a practical approach to problem‑solving.
Experience using relevant tools, templates and methodologies.
Focused on achieving project goals and overcoming barriers.
Comfortable working across the full project lifecycle.
Ideally, You’ll also have
A degree and a passion for organisation design and people engagement.
Experience in strategic workforce planning, HR transformation or digital HR.
