Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute full project scope of works or an identified scope of works or package of works on a project.
* Lead, manage and motivate team members to drive high-performance culture through developing people to their full potential.
* Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and all other project stakeholders.
* Promote continuous improvement & best practice across the team and the wider project team.
* Plan and deliver ongoing short to medium term effective project planning to mitigate project risks and deliver on stakeholder expectations.
Requirements:
* Relevant Third level Degree in Engineering
* 7+ years post-qualification experience
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager running large projects particularly with refurbishment and fit-out projects
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
