About This Role
As a Store Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store. This includes supporting the Store Manager in achieving business objectives and driving sales growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in implementing operational strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
* Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and ensure stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand
* Develop and manage the store team to achieve business objectives
* Implement effective systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
* Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
Your Qualifications and Skills
* Leaving certificate or equivalent qualification
* At least 2 years management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
* Full driving licence
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
