Day Rate Contract - Senior Angular Developer
Role Description
As an Angular Developer, you will be responsible for building robust and scalable front-end applications using Angular framework.
You will work closely with development team to implement new features, optimise existing functionality, and ensure our applications deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Skills & Experience:
* The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical depth, delivery focus, and communication skills, including:
* Extensive hands-on experience
(4+ years) delivering production-grade applications using Angular
* Proven ability to work with
GraphQL APIs
, including querying and integration patterns
* Strong understanding of the
Backend-for-Frontend (BFF)
architectural pattern and related technologies
* Experience using
state management libraries
such as NgRx or comparable frameworks
* Solid background integrating
RESTful services
into front-end applications
* Practical knowledge of
functional programming principles
and how they apply in modern JavaScript frameworks
* Advanced proficiency in
TypeScript and JavaScript
, including ES6+ syntax and language features
* Strong command of
CSS
, with an eye for maintainable and scalable styling approaches
* Familiarity with common
UI and front-end design patterns
* Experience working with
version control systems
, participating in peer code reviews, and maintaining shared codebases
* Clear understanding of
CI/CD practices
, including automated build, test, and deployment workflows
* Hands-on experience with
build and bundling tools
such as Webpack and Metro
* A track record of implementing
unit and component-level tests
to ensure application reliability
* Awareness of
performance optimisation and security best practices
in front-end development
* Demonstrated commitment to

* Comfortable working within
Agile delivery models
