Program Manager Role

As a Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic and tactical activities for operations on the New Product Development Core team. This role is crucial in shaping the manufacturing architecture to successfully develop and launch new products.
This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and influence between the Extended Operations Team and Core Team. You will also be responsible for providing performance feedback, tracking and managing Operations KPIs, and ensuring quality system compliance.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in leading design transfer and commercial build readiness. They will also be able to demonstrate financial acumen, including managing direct expense, capital, unit pricing, and free cash flow.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Leading the Extended Operations Team to ensure on-time and on-budget performance through the new product development cycle.
* Championing the Voice of Operations (VOO) and driving planning and execution to ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment between operations and core team functions.
* Tracking and managing Operations KPIs such as Predictive LBM's, Predictive RTY's, Capacity Planning & BOM Readiness.
* Providing performance feedback and coaching to extended Operations members.
A Day in the Life Of: Strong communicator with the ability to lead and influence. Coach and develop extended Operations members, to help individuals advance their skills and careers. Integrate Design for Reliability & Manufacturability (DRM) during product development.
