A leading and well-established utilities contractor is currently seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role will involve working across multiple telecoms projects throughout the southeast of Ireland, with a strong on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures across multiple telecoms projects.
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure compliance with legislation and company standards.
Provide guidance and support to project teams, subcontractors, and clients on health, safety, and environmental matters.
Investigate incidents and near-misses, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions.
Deliver health and safety training and toolbox talks to staff and subcontractors.
Maintain accurate records of health and safety activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
Promote a strong safety culture across all project sites.
Requirements: Minimum 3+ years experience in a health and safety advisory role within utilities, telecoms, or civil engineering projects.
Must have relevant experience working in the UK or Ireland.
NEBOSH National or International Diploma, or equivalent health and safety qualification.
Strong knowledge of Irish and/or UK health and safety legislation and best practices.
Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections.
Excellent communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently on-site and collaboratively with project teams.
