IBIE is seeking a Junior Security and Fraud Prevention Analyst fluent in Italian and English to join our Client Operations - Security and Fraud (SF) team. We are looking for motivated, analytical, and methodical individuals with a background in financial services and a professional demeanor. The role involves helping shape one of the world's leading trading and brokerage brands. The ideal candidate will demonstrate passion, integrity, commitment, and a drive to deliver exceptional service.
Your Responsibilities:
* Proactively handle client inquiries via callbacks, including verbal and video client verification.
* Manage escalations related to IBKR’s security system through tickets.
* Address problem management focusing on security protocols and practices.
* Escalate suspicious client activity or behavior to Senior SFP Analysts.
* Track fraud cases and identify emerging trends.
* Create training materials and fraud awareness resources for on-the-job use.
Qualifications and Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience in an information security or fraud prevention role.
* BSc in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
* Proficiency in Windows and/or macOS and basic office applications.
* Up-to-date knowledge of security topics relevant to IBKR, including social engineering, fraud schemes, mobile security, and information security.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
