Your new role
As a Client Service Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a team responsible for day-to-day client servicing within Custody Operations. You'll act as the key point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders, driving service excellence, identifying opportunities for improvement, and fostering a collaborative environment where your team can grow and thrive. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and evolving department.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Several years' experience in Fund Services (Custody preferred)
2. Proven leadership capabilities and people-management experience
3. Strong technical understanding of the securities industry
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to lead by example, implement best practices, and motivate a team
6. Passion for client service, continuous improvement, and inclusive team development
