Role Title – Retail Team Leader/Supervisor – Dublin Grafton
26 hours per week – €16.45 per hour.
Shift pattern: 6 Monday, 4 Tuesday, 5 Wednesday, 5 Thursday & 6 Friday.

Responsibilities
* You are host and customer‑focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude – an ambassador for our brands.
* Consistently deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards to optimise sales.
* Provide line‑management support to your team of retail associates, providing zone escalation support and ad‑hoc expertise when required.
* Follow all operational processes and policies, ensuring an efficient and safe working environment.
* Your appointments will be planned for you using an industry‑leading scheduling system, which you will access on your mobile phone.
Qualifications
* Supervisory experience in a retail setting is a must – you should love working in a team and enjoy building productive professional relationships.
* Confident & positive with good interpersonal skills.
* Happy to work unsupervised, following written & visual instructions.
* A great standard of personal presentation as an ambassador for our brands.
* Must be able to travel efficiently to all locations in the zone using your own vehicle; a full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.
* Access to a device with Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+.
* Confident with the use of mobile software and apps.

Location: Dublin Grafton area; you will cover the zone of Dublin Grafton and your base town will be Dublin Grafton. The role is multi‑site, providing cover in your designated zone, so you will need to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
Tech‑savvy: being comfortable with apps and technology is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.
