Job Title: Care and Support Professional
The primary objective of this role is to provide person-centred care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities/ABI/Autism. This involves acting as a key worker for named residents, providing support with daily living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, attending appointments and family visits.
