The Role
This role will work closely with the Finance Team in the Company, including the Finance Director and CFO.
The role will involve gathering financial data for analysis, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, and forecasting costs and revenues, as well as preparing, analyzing, and extracting KPI's from various financial reports.
The main responsibilities include the following:
Overseeing financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting & KPI reviews
Being actively involved with the annual budget preparation process
Analysing and explain overhead spend and variances against budget
Preparing of cash flow statements, budgets, and forecasts
Monitoring and analysing financial data including revenue and expenses.
Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Analyzing, presenting, and monitoring chargeability, recoverability and utilizationwithin the business
Preparing of the reporting pack for the senior executives
Implementing and maintaining internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and company policy.
The Ideal Candidate
Required:
Strong experience and skills with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
ACA or ACCA qualifications
2-3 years of Post Qualification Experience
Experience using a payroll software such as CoreTime, Drive, CCH or CollSoft
Preferred:
People management experience
Practice (or similar practice environment) experience preferred.
