EHS Specialist Role
This position involves providing comprehensive Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) support for site projects. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, ensuring job safety compliance inspections, and managing contractors.
Candidate Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver EHS training sessions as required and update relevant EHS procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with external EHS specialists in areas such as CE, ATEX, and Machinery directives to maintain a high level of expertise.
* Support incident investigation and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences, while participating in cross-functional training initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
* Possession of a 3rd level qualification in Occupational Health and Safety is mandatory.
* A degree in Environmental Management would be an asset.
* At least three years of experience working in a safety role, preferably within construction, with a focus on client-side work.
