Pharmacy Operations Manager
We are seeking a qualified Pharmacy Technician to take the next step in their career as a Pharmacy Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing daily pharmacy operations.
About the Role:
* Oversight of daily pharmacy operations with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
* Supporting and leading the pharmacy team to deliver excellent customer service.
* Maintaining high standards of dispensing, stock control, and record-keeping.
* Ensuring the pharmacy operates in line with PSI and HSE guidelines.
* Assisting in staff training and development.
Requirements:
* Qualified Pharmacy Technician with relevant experience and completed IPU course.
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment.
* Familiarity with pharmacy software systems.
