The LotusWorks team will continue its’ transformative journey, revolutionizing our Learning and Talent Management landscape. We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic Learning and Talent Management Manager to function as part of a team for proactive identification of learning, leadership development and talent management needs. You'll build mechanisms to work closely with People Business Partners (HRBPs), Technical Training Manager, and business leaders in each line of business to understand the nuances of their businesses and how L&TM programs, processes and offerings could help solve their business challenges more effectively. You will lead the development and execution a strategic, multi-year roadmap, bringing your business insights and expertise to bear on complex scenarios, emerging priorities, and talent transformations.

Responsibilities

Talent Development:


* Design and implement comprehensive talent development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing.
* Proactively consult and diagnose business needs/performance gaps to identify learning solution opportunities. Conduct regular needs assessments.
* Actively promote a talent development approach of 70:20:10.
* Participate in Technical Talent Development teams to Identify capability/skill gaps and work with teams to develop training interventions to address them, ensuring employees develop the tools and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
* Collaborate with department heads to create personalized development plans for high-potential employees.
* Deliver innovative development programs, workshops, and seminars tailored to various leadership levels
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.

Talent Management

* Work with C-Suite Leadership to develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
* Oversee the performance management annual cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
* Implement talent assessment tools and methodologies to identify high-potential employees and future leaders and lead the bottom to top talent management program.
* Partner with HRBP and senior leadership to ensure alignment between talent management strategies and the business workforce plan.

Succession Planning

* Lead the development and execution of succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles.
* Work closely with the HRBP’s and senior leadership to identify critical positions and oversee the development and execution of plans to prepare internal candidates for future leadership roles.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of succession plans and make adjustments as needed.

HRIS, Data Analysis And Reporting

* Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of talent development and management initiatives.
* Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on talent metrics, including but not limited to the Training Program effectiveness, employee retention rates, promotion rates, leader led development action completion and other KPIs.
* Use insights from data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in talent strategies.
* Use of online mechanisms and the company LMS to enhance employee skills.

Employee Engagement

* Foster a People First Culture of continuous learning and development by promoting opportunities for growth and advancement.
* Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Skills Required

* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in designing and deploying Human Capital Programs to affect business outcomes.
* Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, including leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
* Experience designing, implementing and delivering training and development programs.
* Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders to identify gaps and drive the adoption of L&TM programs
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and talent management software. Strategic knowledge of next-generation talent tools
* Global Programmatic view of talent management
* Experience in the design and delivery of leadership development programs
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation
* Working with global cross functional teams, internal and external agencies.
* High adaptability to ambiguity, frequent change, and unpredictability
* Ability to manage a global budget
* Ability to travel to the offices in the US and Ireland and to client site locations in the US and EMEA.

Education / Licenses / Certifications

* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
* Certification in talent development or HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD, CPLP) is a plus but not necessary.
* Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable
