Job Title: HR Administrator
Job Description:
* This is a permanent position within the HR Department, providing key support to the HR and Training function at the Athenry site.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as employee onboarding, training coordination, maintaining HR documentation, and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and managing HR-related documents.
* Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating communication with candidates, preparing contracts and relevant documentation.
* Facilitate the induction process for new hires, including preparing all materials, conducting induction and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
* Maintain a good working relationship with all departments and be a point of contact for general HR queries and provide information regarding HR policies, benefits etc.
* Monitor absence and time keeping in line with Company policy while ensuring employees are using the Time Management System both onsite and working remotely.
* Assist and contribute to the development of the site-wide training plan.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Ensure all staff are informed of and comply with HR policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A third level diploma or degree qualification in Human Resource Management essential.
* Experience in HR is essential.
* Good knowledge of Irish Employment Law.
* Strong communication, presentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Ability to build strong working relationships with internal & external customers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office key packages.
