Technical Standards Manager (DPG) (Ref 2026-28)
Location: 2 Adelaide Street, Belfast, BT9 2 PB
The Technical Standards Manager will report to the Head of Development Services; working within a team involved in the active programming and approval of general needs and supported housing schemes to provide technical support within the Development Programme Group; dealing with the evolution and assessment of schemes to meet the requirements of the Housing Association Guide.
As a senior professional in the team the Technical Standards Manager may be required to cross professional boundaries to make a contribution to the overall management of the group.
The current salary for this post is £45,091 - £51,356 per annum.
We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
