They offer innovative, cost-effective solutions driven by professional personnel.Your new roleTo provide a professional and efficient sea freight operations service to both internal and external customersMain duties and responsibilities: Processing shipment bookings for both liner and forwarding operations Monitoring shipments from point of customer booking to arrival at final destination and customer payment Providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers Liaising with local and international vendors and agents to ensure that the best rates and services are secured Liaising with transport vendors regarding collections or deliveries Processing sales and purchases invoices and dealing with any queries relating to customer/creditor invoices Dealing with rate requests and issuing quotations Customs Clearance awareness - SAD's, requirements, Etc Development of sea freight servicesWhat you'll need to succeed3 years + previous experience in similar roleKnowledge of Cargowise software system would be advantageous.What you'll get in returnThis is a hands-on role, working with a leading Irish transport and logistics company.
