Job Description:
As a seasoned IT professional, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional service and support to our team members across multiple sites. Your technical expertise and project management skills will be essential in implementing new services and improving existing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Level 1, 2, and 3 support for over 270 end users
* Project management of 3rd parties to implement new services
* Lead technical resource on internal improvement projects
* Continuous improvement of all IT infrastructure tools and services
* Administration of existing environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluent English language skills
* Strong project management and service management background
* Excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail and customer service
* Comfortable with small cabling projects and other physical tasks
* Technology skillset including server technology, cloud technologies, and network technology
