Home Care Worker
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Worker to provide quality person-centred care to older people and their families in their homes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be calm, polite, and professional while maintaining confidentiality, have a kind and caring nature, and be a reliable and trustworthy individual.

* Provide quality person-centred care to older people and their families in their homes
* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive supports
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
