Duties:
7. Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ):Ensure HSEQ standards are consistently maintained across all works. Implement and adhere to traffic management and HSQE plans.
8. Project Preparation and Execution:Review and finalize work packages in preparation for construction. Oversee the project to ensure alignment with the works programme.
9. Stakeholder Engagement:Liaise with third-party stakeholders to ensure efficient and coordinated execution of works.
10. Records Management:Maintain comprehensive and accurate project records.
11. Budget and Risk Management:Manage the project within budgetary constraints. Identify and advise on commercial risks associated with the project.
Requirements:
12. Experience:Proven experience managing power, tanks, ductwork, heavy civils, and public roadworks projects. Previous involvement in utilities projects.
13. Training & Certifications:Location of Underground Services training. Signing, Lighting, and Guarding certification. Managing Safely in Construction training.
14. Additional Requirements:Possession of a full, valid Irish driving license.
