Your new role Reporting to a Finance & Controlling Manager, you will join a team of 10 people in finance and your role will involve finance business partnering, working on strategic pricing, month-end close and plenty of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. Your duties will include: Delivering analysis and insight on various matters, providing options and scenarios for business decisions and presenting to senior management on same Understanding the cost drivers across the business, building strong relationships with non-financial stakeholders to truly get an understanding, and offering up cost-saving solutions Preparing monthly management accounts, sales reports, monthly board pack slides Detailed variance analysis on budgeting and forecasting Significant input to quarterly forecast cycle Proactively identify & implement process improvements to enhance efficiency & improve accuracy in the forecasting process Pricing review by brand and models Prepare inputs for monthly pricing committee meetings, including product analysis and review performance compared to budget. Creating and implementing enhanced pricing standardisation process flows for existing and new product requirements Assist with Business Intelligence tool development and implementation, automate BI and data where possible Liaise with internal and external auditors Reporting and monitoring of €1.2 billion contract portfolio Ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis for senior management Ongoing continuous improvement of processes and systems, be a superstar that does this without being asked and present solutions to senior management What you'll need to succeed * ACCA/CIMA qualified or finalist (1 exam remaining) * Management accounts and month-end close experience * Experience in automotive finance or leasing is a plus * Strong analytical and reporting skills * Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders * Commercially aware and proactive Desirable Skills: SAP CO module experience BI tools (SAP BI, Qlikview, Tableau) What you'll get in return Working Hours: 9am-5:30pm (core hours 10am-4pm, flexible) Hybrid Model: 2 days in office, 3 days remote Bonus annually Annual Leave: 26 days + 2 company days Parking: Available Additional Benefits: Pension, Healthcare, Life Assurance, Income Protection, Car Scheme What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
