About The Role
The Marketing Executive will support the delivery of Prosperous Financials’ marketing activity across digital channels, content creation and client engagement initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of Financial Services, this role focuses on the day-to-day execution of marketing tasks and campaigns, helping to maintain and grow the company’s digital presence. The role will also support content creation, website updates and coordination of marketing activity across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external marketing partners, the Marketing Executive will help ensure consistent brand messaging and contribute to improving the client journey through digital touchpoints.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to develop their marketing career within a professional financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Marketing Support
Support the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and social media channels.
Plan and coordinate marketing activity across multiple platforms.
Maintain a structured content calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
Track and report on performance metrics and engagement results.
Content Creation & Digital Channels
Create and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram YouTube and TikTok.
Develop copy, visual content and short-form video to support brand awareness and engagement.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Support day-to-day updates and content management of the company website.
Client Experience
Support improvements to the online client booking and enquiry process.
Assist in maintaining a user-friendly, up-to-date, and engaging website.
Identify opportunities to enhance digital client touchpoints and user experience.
Stakeholder & Agency Coordination
Work with external marketing agencies to support campaign delivery and execution.
Support internal marketing communications across the business.
Coordinate marketing requests and support collaboration across internal teams.
Skills And Experience
1–3 years’ experience in a marketing role or internship.
Experience in financial or professional services would be desirable but not essential.
Experience with digital marketing platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
Copywriting and visual content creation skills, with familiarity in tools such as Canva or video editing software, are an advantage.
Comfortable updating website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
