Key Responsibilities: Lead the banqueting kitchen team in preparing and executing bespoke event menus. Maintain impeccable standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. Work collaboratively with the events and F&B teams to exceed guest expectations. Manage stock control, ordering, and costings to ensure profitability. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and health regulations. Requirements: Previous experience as a Banqueting Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end hotel or luxury event setting. Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy events calendar. Passion for creating innovative and memorable dining experiences.
