Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will have experience processing both Irish & UK payrolls, a strong knowledge of payroll processes and be comfortable working autonomously.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess monthly payrolls for UK and Ireland and manage outsourced European payrollsMonitor and prepare monthly payroll-related paymentsProcess pension uploads and changesProcess new starters and leaversCalculate holiday and sickness paymentsProcess expenses and paymentsPost payroll journalsProcess end of year returns and P60sMaintain all payroll recordsResolve payroll queries in a timely efficient mannerAd hoc duties as requiredKey SkillsPrevious experience in similar role, processing both Irish & UK payrollsPart-qualified Accountant/IPASS qualifiedStrong understanding of payroll processes and tax legislationPrior experience of SAGE payroll is highly advantageousExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organised with excellent attention to detailDue to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
