Fixed Term Contract - IT Infrastructure and Support Specialist
O'Brien Fine Foods is an Irish family business based in Timahoe, Co. Kildare. Role Description
This is a 6 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Head of IT you will work within a small team to deliver an IT infrastructure that is scalable, reliable, redundant and secure for OBFF team members. This role will be split between delivering level 1, 2 and 3 support and implementing new projects. This role is primarily on-site.
Responsibilities
* Level 1/2/3 support of OBFF 270 end users across our sites.
* Project Management of 3rd parties to implement new services.
* Lead technical resource on internal improvement projects.
* Continuous improvement of all IT infrastructure tools and services.
* Administration of existing environment.
* Suggest improvements that will improve service delivered by the IT team.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience And Language Requirements
To be successful in this role you need:
* Fluent English
* Project Management, Service Management
* Demonstrate good problem solving skills with great attention to detail and customer service
* Comfortable with small cabling projects and other physical tasks
* A technology skillset to include the following:
* Server Technology (VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server 2012, 2016)
* Azure Cloud Technologies
* Office 365 Suite of Tools (Exchange/SharePoint/OneDrive)
* Backup Technologies (Veamm, Spanning)
* SOC/SIEM (Barracuda Skout)
* Device Management (Intune)
* Telephony (Teams/RingCentral)
* Network Technology (Fortinet/Aruba)
