As our nursery continues to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking General Operatives to join our team.
The Role
As a General Operative, you'll play a key role in every stage of our nursery operations. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where no two days are the same You will:
* Plant, pot, and transplant trees and hedging.
* Maintain plant health – watering, pruning, and weeding.
* Assist with general nursery duties including lifting, carrying, and preparing stock for dispatch.
* Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided).
* Pick and prepare customer orders with care and accuracy.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
* Grading and sorting of young trees through the winter months.
About You

* Experience in horticulture, landscaping, or farming is a plus (but not essential).
