Territory Manager (Woundcare)
As a Territory Manager, you will combine clinical expertise with commercial acumen to support healthcare professionals in hospitals and community care settings. Your key objective is to drive business performance through effective product education.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote, sell, and support the company's wound care product portfolio across acute and community settings to maximize revenue growth.
2. Develop strong relationships with nurses, tissue viability teams, procurement managers, and other key decision-makers to facilitate strategic partnerships.
3. Provide clinical education, product training, and demonstrations to ensure safe and effective product use among healthcare staff.
4. Collaborate closely with the sales and management teams to develop and execute territory plans that achieve sales targets.
5. Identify new business opportunities and support tender submissions where necessary to capitalize on emerging markets.
6. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and study days to showcase the product range and enhance brand visibility.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, territory activity, and sales performance for informed decision-making.
8. Contribute valuable insights from the field to inform product development and portfolio growth strategies.
