Join a company transforming into an Engineering First organisation. Although they're an established business with global customers, this is a startup environment packed with huge opportunities, where you'll solve complex problems with minimal structure. They're building and deploying at pace, with a genuine appetite for change, creating AI-driven services using large language models (LLMs). Lead a small, talented engineering team building scalable, AI-powered software. You'll blend technical expertise with people leadership to drive delivery, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement. If you're ready to shape the future, create structure and make a meaningful contribution to a team that values change, this could be your next great opportunity. You will collaborate with architects and senior engineers on technical decisions and roadmaps. Contributing to technical strategy and helping evolve their platform architecture.
Perfect for you if: you're coming from a startup or fast-growth environment
No code reviews, this is delivery leadership, not hands-on coding
Not the right fit if: you're used to large, stable organisations with heavy support structures, you'll be building those yourself
