Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement data-driven schedules to ensure successful site delivery.

* Manage production organization, schedule, and changeovers while conducting audits to optimize plant operations.
">
* Cultivate a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring to enhance performance, foster accountability, and drive continuous improvement.
">
* Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives.
">
* Lead safety audits and monitor investigations to achieve zero Lost Time Injuries (LTIs) and Recordable Injuries (RI).
">
">
Qualifications:
">
Level 8 Degree in Science, Engineering, or Technical field required. Evidence of Continuous Professional Development, such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, is also necessary. A minimum of 6 years' experience in Biopharma, pharma, or regulatory operations industry is required, along with strong people management experience and managing managers and people development experience.
