Description

Due to continued growth across the Property Professional and B2B channels, PrepayPower and Yuno Group are seeking a high-performing Senior B2B Sales Operations and Growth Manager to act as second-in-command to the Head of Property Professional Sales.

This is a senior commercial role with responsibility for driving revenue growth, increasing sales channel performance, improving operational efficiency, and scaling sales processes across our B2B portfolio. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping sales strategy, managing execution through the sales team, and ensuring strong reporting, forecasting, and performance management.

The role combines hands-on commercial leadership, people management, and process optimisation, with a strong emphasis on growing revenue, improving conversion, and maximising lifetime value across key property and SME channels.

This role will manage a team of B2B Sales Executives / Account Managers and will work closely with the Head of Property Professional Sales to deliver strategic growth objectives.

Role Purpose

Act as the operational and commercial lead across the B2B sales function
Drive revenue growth, channel expansion, and improved sales performance
Support the Head of Property Professional Sales in execution of strategy
Lead, coach and performance-manage the B2B sales team
Improve sales processes, reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management
Ensure consistent delivery of sales targets and business KPIs

Key Responsibilities

Sales Channel & Pipeline Management

Oversee performance of all B2B sales channels including:
Private Landlords
Approved Housing Bodie
Property Management Companies
Developers
Estate & Letting Agents
SME Partners
Ensure strong pipeline generation, qualification, and forecasting discipline
Drive improved visibility and accuracy of pipeline reporting
Ensure effective handover from sales to onboarding and operations
Team Leadership & Performance Management

Directly manage and develop the B2B sales and account development team
Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance expectations
Coach team members to improve sales effectiveness, negotiation, and closing
Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of sales talent
Foster a high-performance, accountable sales culture

Process Improvement & Sales Effectiveness

Review and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and scalability
Implement best-practice sales methodologies and CRM usage
Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and drive improvements
Improve reporting cadence, data quality, and performance insights
Work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams

Key Account & Stakeholder Management

Support management of key strategic accounts and large opportunities
Build senior-level relationships across priority clients
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Act as an escalation point for key client issues when required

Commercial & Strategic Input

Provide insight into market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Support development of new propositions, pricing strategies, and offers
Contribute to commercial planning and forecasting
Identify opportunities for growth through new channels, partnerships, or products

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

8+ years' experience in B2B sales, ideally in utilities, property, or services
Proven track record of delivering and exceeding targets
Strong people management and coaching experience
Commercially astute with strong analytical and reporting capability
Experience scaling or improving sales processes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly driven, organised, and performance focused
