 
        
        STEM Recruitment Partners is working with a pharmaceutical company based in Dublin 15 that is seeking an experienced
Program Project Manager.
This is a 12-month contract role that offers competitive hourly rates.
The
Program Project Manager
will provide comprehensive project scheduling and management support within a GMP manufacturing facility. The role is responsible for ensuring project objectives and milestones are achieved in compliance with regulatory, safety, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
 * Develop and maintain integrated project schedules spanning Engineering, Operations, Quality, and other project activities, with emphasis on key milestones.
 * Lead initiatives for FDA audit readiness, capital improvement projects, and long-term strategic planning, including enterprise production scheduling and site development.
 * Establish and manage information management systems for project tracking, documentation, and reporting using industry-standard and company-specific software (MS Project, Excel, Primavera, etc.).
 * Coordinate detailed schedules across functions, highlighting resource allocation and timelines.
 * Provide administrative support for project management, including data analysis, report generation, and maintaining documentation workflows.
 * Act as a subject matter expert in project documentation systems, overseeing review and approval processes, and ensuring compliance with internal standards.
 * Support divisional activities such as documentation generation, filing, tracking, auditing, and database maintenance

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
 * Degree or diploma in Project Management or Engineering and
 at least 10 years of experience
 in the
 pharmaceutical industry
 or a similar regulated environment.
 * Proven experience working with plant leadership and managing cross-functional project teams.
 * Skilled in scheduling tools such as
 Primavera
 and
 MS Project
, as well as Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
 * Strong knowledge of cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing, facility construction, and process equipment project execution.
 * Experience with Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving.
 * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
 * Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage ambiguity and deliver under minimal supervision.
