Protecting Store Assets and Ensuring a Safe Environment
This role involves providing comprehensive support to management and colleagues in all aspects of the Security function.
Main responsibilities include:
* Adhering to SuperValu brand values: Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative.
* Securing store assets and preventing loss of stock or theft within the store premises.
* Ensuring a safe working environment for customers and employees alike.
* Key holding responsibilities, including opening and closing the store.
* Conducting regular spot checks on waste disposal, deliveries, stock levels, refunds, voids, and employee activities.
* Investigating incidents when necessary.
* Monitoring CCTV footage.
Applicants should possess prior experience in retail security roles, hold a valid current PSA Security Guard License, and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
