We are seeking an individual who can become an expert in our product offerings, working collaboratively with other branch areas to meet customer needs. This includes becoming a trusted advisor, ensuring call backs are completed timely, and working closely with internal teams to understand customer needs.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, high levels of focus, energy, and drive, as well as good business acumen. They will consistently deliver best-in-class service, establishing customer experience excellence.
