We also offer a variety of gaming options for all ages.Job Overview:As a Swingyard Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent entertainment experience. This role involves hands-on operational tasks, customer service, F&B and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. You will be responsible overseeing staff roles and ensuring the roles are carried out with the brand and vision of Swingyard.Key Responsibilities:Co-ordinating StaffEnsure staff roles are being carried accordinglyEnsure the Swingyard customer journey is being implemented by all staffEnsure staff daily and weekly checklists are being completed to a high standardEnsure staff arrive to work on time and in uniformDevelop train and coach staff members to the 4 star standards required for SwingyardEnsure our staffing resources on the ground are maximised and co-ordinated affectivelySchedule staff shifts and rosters in the absence of the managerCustomer Service Journey:Greet customers, capture their details on arrivalEscort customers to their bays log them in and explain the technologyAsk all customers if they would like to order foodCheck back with the customer 10 minutes after arrival, answer any questions they may have and confirm if they want to order F&B.Refill bays with golf balls before the client runs outStay present on the bays to help with any queries and manage the turnover of bookingsMonitor customer activities, offering assistance and maintaining a friendly atmosphere.Handle customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.Daily OperationsOpen and close the driving range facility as per operating hours.Set up and arrange golf balls, tees, and other necessary equipment.Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the range area.Assist with golf ball collectionsFollow company Standard operating proceduresF&B OperationsOversee quality and efficient food and beverage service to driving range customers.To maintain food standards and cleanliness according proceduresTo work in a clean and tidy environmentTo assist in food preparationMonitor/Manage F&B stock ordersEquipment Maintenance:Regularly inspect and maintain golf ball dispensers/washers and other range equipment.Report any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel.Assist with routine maintenance tasks as needed.Safety Compliance:Enforce safety regulations and guidelines for customers and staff.Conduct regular safety checks of the facility and equipment.Coordinate with management to address and resolve safety concerns.Inventory Management:Monitor and manage the inventory of golf balls, tees, and other supplies.Replenish supplies as needed and keep accurate records.Assist with inventory audits and reporting.Cash Handling:Process customer payments accurately and provide receipts.Reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.Reconcile YGB bookings every morning for the day previousReport any discrepancies or issues to the Manager.Requirements2–3 years' experience in hospitality, leisure, or customer service management.Proven track record in supervising staff and coordinating daily operations.Experience in F&B service including stock management, hygiene standards, and customer service delivery.Strong background in delivering high-quality customer journeys in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience handling cash, processing bookings, and reconciling tills.Technical competence in using booking systems, POS, and customer service platforms.Benefits20 days Annual Leave1 Additional Annual Leave day for your BirthdayAdditional Annual Leave with Length of ServiceDiscounts in Pro ShopCar Parking On-SiteSocial ClubAnnual Salary ReviewCycle to Work Scheme
