About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide premium quality phone, email, and remote support to customers to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Log calls (tickets) and maintain accurate records of customer queries.
* Analyse call logs to identify common trends and underlying problems.
* Update help desk documentation to ensure support information is current and available for each customer.
* Test and repair faulty equipment.
* Conduct PC builds and installations.
* Execute assigned activities and monitor progress.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also have a good understanding of business ICT systems and devices.
You will be responsible for assessing each user's IT knowledge levels, providing tailored support, and ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Your analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to work effectively under pressure, think logically, and make sound decisions.
A professional and flexible attitude, along with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment, are essential qualities for this position.
