Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Pilot Rostering Analyst to join Europe’s largest airline group.

The successful candidate will work as part of our Flight Operations Department based at our global Head Office in Airside Business Park, Swords, Dublin.

This position is suitable for candidates with a background in supply chain or logistics, focusing on resource utilization to maximize operational efficiency.
Duties Include:
1. Efficiently plan and coordinate Ryanair pilot rosters for flight duties, ensuring flight coverage is maintained and crew remain qualified.
2. Maintain and deliver industry-leading roster patterns, ensuring balance.
3. Use Crew Management Systems daily, planning pilots in accordance with flight time limitations and procedures.
4. Distribute and plan pilot annual leave while maintaining operational flight and standby coverage.
5. Manage and produce rosters for specific countries, bases, or AOCs.
6. Communicate effectively across channels to address queries and requests from pilots, colleagues, and management (Zendesk, Teams, Email, Phone).
7. Work as part of a team of analysts and independently using initiative to complete tasks.
8. Use BI tools to analyze large data volumes.
9. Solve problems with cost-effective solutions.
10. Assist with other tasks necessary for daily operations of the Pilot Rostering Team.
Requirements
1. Highly organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask.
2. Ability to work independently and handle various tasks under pressure.
3. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
4. Open-minded, eager to learn new skills, with a strong work ethic.
Ideally, you would have:
1. Strong analytical skills and a background or qualification in operations, supply chain, logistics, or transport management.
2. Proven numeric, administrative, and computer skills (Excel).
3. Previous crewing, rostering, or resource management experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
