Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Youth Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential centre.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the development and implementation of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person

* Provide direct care and support to young people, including emotional support, guidance, and supervision
">
* Work collaboratively with the Centre Management Team to ensure the smooth operation of the centre
">
* Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of new staff members
">
* Contribute to the ongoing development of our centre's policies and procedures
">
* Participate in regular meetings and updates with the management team and other stakeholders
">
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
">
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager or Deputy Manager
">

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
">
* Level 7 qualification or above in Social Care or related field
">
* 2 years' experience working in a residential care setting with children/young people
">
* Manual driving license and eligibility to drive in Ireland
">
* Full eligibility and availability to work in Ireland
">
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
">
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
">
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
">
