Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis in Kerry.
This is a fixed-term position until March 2026 but may be extended. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring deadlines are met, preparing and reviewing documents, maintaining accurate records, and supporting meetings.
Responsibilities:
* Managing office administration and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
* Preparing and reviewing reports, correspondence, and other documents.
* Maintaining accurate and confidential records.
* SUPPORTING MEETINGS AND MINUTE-TAKING.
* Promoting excellent customer service and responding to feedback.
* Supervising staff, managing workloads, and supporting team well-being.
* Participating in service improvement initiatives and implementing changes.
* Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
* Supporting sustainability efforts within the organisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience at Grade IV level, strong administrative experience, ICT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office), and the ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in a team.
You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
