Job Title: Intermediate Planner
We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Planner to join our team.
This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with others. As an Intermediate Planner, you will play a key role in supporting senior planners and regional planners in planning and programming of design, procurement, and construction activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing tracking schedules to maintain information and control production of programmes by subcontractors.
* Supporting the development of baseline contract programme, covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
* Ensuring planning assumptions and decisions incorporate Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
* Developing construction methodology to effectively demonstrate construction techniques and sequencing for safe project delivery.
You will also be responsible for reviewing programmes, outputs, and phasing on a regular basis, and for developing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in construction management, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will also need to be proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and have a good understanding of industry best practices.
